CHP Principles

CHP principles are based on these Biblical ethics and are unalterable.

WE BELIEVE
  • There is one Creator God, eternally existent in three Persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe in the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

  • The Holy Bible to be the inspired, inerrant written Word of God and the final authority above all man's laws and government.

  • Civil government to be under the authority of God.

  • The purpose of civil government is to ensure freedom and justice for a nation's citizens by upholding law and order in accordance with Biblical principles.

  • Decision-making processes by civil government must not in any way contravene these Biblical ethics.

These principles are the foundation that allows CHP candidates to be statesmen and stateswomen with backbone, flexible yet grounded firmly.

This comparison illustrates that the CHP is the best option for those who want to vote for what they know is right.

The question marks in the 'New' Conservative's column are there because Steven Harper has stated that the Conservative Party of Canada will not introduce legislation on moral issues. "Moral issues are off the table," he has said. Where is their backbone? What do they stand for? In contrast, the CHP has stands firm on the moral issues facing Canada.
